What can we find?
There is no fixed catalogue. Every search begins with your project, so recommendations are shaped around the space, the client and the design intent.
Furniture, lighting, textiles, finishes, objects and distinctive pieces for every part of an interior.
Artists, sculptors, makers, photographers, CGI artists and other creative specialists.
Architects, landscape designers, installers, technical specialists, studios and industry partners.
Extra reach for your studio
Your existing contacts remain valuable. We add focused research when you need an unusual finish, a bespoke piece, original artwork or a specialist beyond your usual network. We begin with registered creatives and industry partners, then search further when the brief calls for it.
Clear scope. Personal service.
Every package includes a reviewed brief, a project-specific sourcing sheet and one reasonable refinement round. We confirm the scope and timing with you before any paid work begins.

How we search
We combine personal industry knowledge with project-specific research, so you receive a considered shortlist rather than an overwhelming directory.
We clarify the brief, priorities, timing and commercial parameters with you.
We look within our registered network first, then research the wider UK and international market.
We assess relevance, credentials and project fit, recording a clear verification status.
We bring the strongest options together in one clear, project-specific sourcing sheet.
What you will receive
Every option is organised in one project-specific sourcing sheet, with the commercial and practical information your studio needs to compare recommendations and decide what happens next.
Custom seating
The studio’s sculptural forms, natural materials and made-to-measure capability closely match the brief’s quiet, contemporary direction.
Sculptural pendant lighting
A strong alternative for the dining space, offering a softer organic profile and custom metal finishes within the target budget.
This example demonstrates the format and level of detail. Actual recommendations, pricing and lead times are researched for each individual brief.
Clear at every stage
Every recommendation carries one of three statuses, so you can see exactly what has—and has not—been checked. A sourced option is never presented as approved before verification is complete.
Checked against The Interior Exchange’s published verification criteria.
Our checks are complete and the evidence required for this status has been reviewed.Initially screened and considered relevant, with verification checks still underway.
We will make clear which checks remain outstanding before you decide whether to proceed.Found specifically for your brief but not yet vetted by The Interior Exchange.
Included for its potential fit only—never presented as approved or fully checked. The verified standard
Verification is a considered check against our published criteria, not a guarantee of future performance. We keep the status visible so designers can make an informed decision for each project.
Expected turnaround
After reviewing the brief, we’ll confirm an expected delivery date. Timing depends on the scope, complexity and urgency of the search.
Fees
Your sourcing fee is agreed after we review the brief and before any research starts, so the scope and cost are understood from the outset.
Before you send a brief
Yes. Keep the suppliers you know and use The Interior Exchange when a brief needs something different, a specialist maker or extra research. We search our registered network first, then the wider UK and international market whenever the project requires it.
We research furniture, lighting, artwork, textiles, home décor and specialist services against your style, budget, dimensions and timeline. Your project-specific sourcing sheet brings together suitable options, why they fit, indicative pricing, lead times, delivery coverage, trade availability and verification status.
Introductory launch prices are £95 for 1–2 items, £225 for 3–5 items and £495 for 6–15 items. Larger and commercial projects are individually quoted. Each package includes a reviewed brief, a sourcing sheet and one reasonable refinement round. Scope, fee and timing are confirmed in writing before paid work begins.
Yes. An Individual Sourcing Request is designed for one or two requirements, such as a particular light, artwork or furniture piece. Tell us what you need and what you have already sourced so we can focus the search.
No. We record trade availability, indicative prices and lead times where available. The supplier confirms the final commercial terms and delivery arrangements. Each recommendation also shows its verification status so you can see which checks are complete or still pending.
Guy reviews your requirements personally and clarifies the scope, timing and fee with you. Submitting the form is an enquiry. No paid sourcing work begins until those details are agreed in writing.
